Doing Business with Tourmaster and Cortech:

How do I order direct on Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com?

Tour Master & Cortech  highly suggest you visit your local Tour Master, or Cortech Retailer to order.  As a wholesale distributor, we have a network of authorized dealers that can better assist you with placing orders.  If you cannot find a local dealer, we also have "Preferred" dealers who stock the widest range of our products. A list of dealers can be found by clicking on the "Dealer Locator" link at the top of the page.

If you would like to order direct from us, locate your item of interest, and click on it. On this page you will be referred to locate a dealer. Fill in your zip code and click enter. You will be taken to a listing of all dealers in your area. At the bottom of that page you will see the option to place an order directly from tourmaster.com or cortechperformance.com.

What payment options are available to me?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Where do your items ship from?

Items are shipped from our facilities in California, or Mississippi depending on which warehouse is nearest to you as well as product availability. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours once payment is processed. We are open Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM local time) and closed weekends and major holidays. 

What shipping options do you offer?

UPS Ground: $9.50

Do you ship outside the US?

Tour Master or Cortech do not directly ship outside of the United States at this time. Please use our dealer locator to see a list of "Preferred" Dealers that maybe able to assist you.  You may also contact one of our foreign distributors to obtain purchase location information in their respective countries.  Please refer to the "Distributors" tab on each of our websites.

What if the item I am interested in is backordered?

Backordered items typically return to stock within 30-60 days. Please backorder your item with a local or online dealer and will ship it out as soon as the item arrives.

Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

We do not offer a consumer catalog. To view our entire dealer catalog, you may visit a local authorized dealer. To find your local stocking dealer, click on the "Dealer Locator" link at this website.

Finding or Becoming a Tour Master or Cortech Dealer:

I want to try on an item in person, how do I find a local dealer?

To find a local authorized Tour Master dealer, click on the "Dealer Locator" link at the top of the page. If the dealer does not have the particular item in stock, they will be able to special order it for you as long as it is a current model currently for sale.

How do I become an authorized Tour Master or Cortech dealer?

If you are a dealer that is dedicated to the powersports industry with a retail location, please visit www.helmethouse.com. Click on the "Dealers" link. On this screen are all the forms necessary to become an authorized dealer. Please review the "Dealer Terms and Conditions." This will answer most questions about becoming an authorized dealer.

New dealer inquiries can also be emailed to newdealer@tourmaster.com.

Fill out all new dealer forms and fax them to 866-466-4811 for approval and processing. This process should take about seven business days.

I have faxed all forms, what's next?

Tour Master/Cortech has the right to repair or replace, at our option, any product we feel does not meet our standards up to one year from the date of purchase. If you feel you have a warranty issue, you MUST contact us to obtain a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, number PRIOR to submission. When submitting items for warranty inspection, please be sure the item is clean and free of debris, etc. The shipping charges to Tour Master/Cortech are the responsibility of the customer and Tour Master/Cortech will in turn ship the return item to you at no additional cost.

Warranty and Returns:

What is your warranty policy?

Tour Master/Cortech has the right to repair or replace, at our option, any product we feel does not meet our standards up to one year*  from the original date of purchase.

*Synergy heated garments have up to a three year warranty from the original date of purchase.

I bought a Tour Master or Cortech item through my local or online dealer and now I wish to submit it for warranty inspection, do a return, or exchange it for another item. How do I do that?

Please return the item to the original dealer you purchased it from. Your local dealer will work directly with us to manage the warranty process.

How do I submit an item for warranty evaluation/return/exchange that was purchased direct through Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com?

Only items purchased through Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com can be returned or exchanged direct. There is a 20% restocking fee for ALL returns and the original freight charges cannot be refunded. A  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before an item can be directly returned to us.  To request a RMA, please go to the "CONTACT US" section and briefly describe your issue within an email.

Luggage Questions:

Will your luggage fit on my bike and how do I mount it?

Our luggage pieces are made to fit most every bike model, however proper, snug mounting is essential. If you have a question regarding the fit of our luggage to your specific bike model or how to mount it properly, please refer to a local authorized dealer. You can also reference the individual luggage pages on Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com to view the PDF mounting instructions. There are also mounting tip videos available for our luggage systems, which can be viewed by clicking to www.youtube.com/helmethouse.

Do I need mounting hardware for my luggage pieces?

Our luggage pieces are made to fit to most every bike model without the use of mounting hard ware.

Why will my tail bag not connect to my saddlebags?

Our luggage systems are designed to connect to one another as long as they are in the same series. For example, the Cortech Sport Tail Bag connects to the Cortech Sport Saddlebags, but you cannot connect the Cortech Sport Tail Bag to the Tour Master Cruiser II Saddlebags. This also applies to other manufacturers luggage pieces; we cannot guarantee that they will connect properly or at all to competitive products due to using different buckles, connections, etc. There are buckle adapter pieces available that can assist with connection of older luggage pieces to newer luggage pieces within our product lines. These can be obtained by visiting the "CONTACT US" page and requesting them via email.

Repair and Replacement Parts:

Do you offer a repair service or patch kit for your garments/luggage pieces?

Beyond certain warranty situations, there are no repair services or patch kits available for Tour Master/Cortech garments or luggage pieces. Once an item has been damaged, the original benefits and features cannot be restored cost effectively with repairs. If your garment is in need of repair you may wish to visit a local tailor, seamstress, or saddlery shop to see if they might be able to better assist you in your needs.   

Do you sell replacement parts for your garments/luggage pieces?

We do offer a variety of replacement parts for Tour Master/Cortech garments and luggage products. If the part is available for purchase, it will be featured on Tourmaster.com and/or Cortechperformance.com. If you are having difficulty finding what you are looking for, please reference the "SEARCH" option that can be easily accessed through the main toolbar at Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com. If you cannot find your part, please visit your local Tour Master dealer for further assistance.

How do I re-waterproof my Tour Master/Cortech item?

You may wish to try a product such as Nik-Wax or Camp-Dri to attempt to re-waterproof your item although we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of this treatment.

Miscellaneous Apparel Fitting Questions:

Will my pants zip to my jacket?

All Tour Master and Cortech jackets and pants are made to zip to one another as long as you are attempting to attach leather-to-leather and textile-to-textile. If you are trying to connect a leather garment to a textile garment, even if they are both Cortech and/or Tour Master, they will not connect. This is also the case if you want to connect a jacket or pant made by Tour Master/Cortech with another manufacturers' jacket or pant, they are not going to line up and will not connect properly.

Can my pants be worn as an over pant?

Any of our pant models can be used as an over pant except our leather sport riding pants. Please keep in mind when sizing that if the pant is a 36/38 and you are closer to a 38, you may wish to go up a size if primarily wearing over clothing.
