Q: I bought a TOURMASTER item through my local or online dealer and now I wish to submit it for warranty inspection, do a return, or exchange it for another item. How do I do that?
A: Please return the item to the original dealer you purchased it from. Your local dealer will work directly with us to manage the warranty process. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased your item through Amazon, you will need to work your return through Amazon customer service. Tourmaster does not sell directly to Amazon, but some of our dealers often do. Given that secondary sale, Tourmaster's policy will not accept Amazon-purchased items directly for warranty work.
Q: How do I submit an item for warranty evaluation that was purchased direct through www.TOURMASTER.com?
A: Only items purchased through Tourmaster.com can be warrantied direct. For items purchased at a local or online dealer, please return/exchange to the original dealer you purchased it from. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before an item can be directly returned to us. To request a RMA, please go to the "CONTACT US" section and briefly describe your issue within an email. When return the product please make sure it is clean and free of debris, unless washing will further damage the product. Any product received that is deemed dirty, or unsanitary will be returned. Include all items if purchased as a set (i.e. left and right gloves/saddlebags, jackets with liners, etc…). Tourmaster reserves the right to repair or replace warranty items at their discretion. Absolutely no cash refunds are made.
Q: Do you offer a repair service for your Garments/Luggage pieces?
A: Beyond certain warranty situations, there are no repair services or patch kits available for Tourmaster garments or luggage pieces. Once an item has been damaged, the original benefits and features cannot be restored cost effectively with repairs. If your garment is in need of repair you may wish to visit a local tailor, seamstress, or saddlery shop to see if they might be able to better assist you in your needs.
Q: Do you sell Garment/Luggage replacement parts?
A: We do offer a variety of replacement parts for Tourmaster garments and luggage products. If the part is available for purchase, it will be listed on tourmaster.com. If you are having difficulty finding what you are looking for, please reference the "SEARCH" option. If you cannot find your part, please visit your local Tourmaster dealer for further assistance.
