Tourmaster Prop 65 Compliance
At Tourmaster, rider safety is at the core of what we do. We believe in keeping riders well-informed about the potential health impacts of our products. Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, mandates that any product sold in California containing substances known to the state as potential carcinogens or reproductive toxins must include a warning label. This list has expanded to encompass over 800 substances, including everyday materials like brass and PVC. Therefore, this warning may be present on various products, from riding apparel to accessories.
