Their CE AA EN 17092-4 certified construction uses a waterproof and breathable 600D Cordura ripstop stretch polyester laminate chassis to balance abrasion resistance, flexibility, and weather protection. 

Reinforced 600D ripstop stretch nylon overlays strengthen the knee areas, while protective Hypalon laminate adds coverage in critical wear zones. CE-certified Armanox Phoenix Level 2 armor at the knees and hips helps absorb impacts while maintaining the flexibility needed for active riding. A DWR coating helps water roll away from the outer surface and reduces staining from road grime. 

The removable Reissa waterproof and thermal liner makes it easy to adjust insulation and weather coverage throughout the riding season. Stretch panels, rotated leg construction, and a slightly pre-curved shape improve mobility and comfort in the seated riding position. Generous hand and cargo pockets keep essentials within reach, while reflective accents, adjustable lower legs, YKK zippers, and an 8-inch jacket connection zipper complete the all-weather design.
